Shipping & Dispatch

We dispatch orders 5 days a week, Monday to Friday. All parcels are dispatched on a trackable service.

We aim to dispatch all standard orders within 3 business days (sooner if possible)
Allow 5-7 business days for dispatch during promotional/sale periods.
Pre-ordered items will be dispatched within the timeframe specified on the product page at the time of purchase. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-ordered items, all items will be shipped together once the pre-ordered items are available.
All parcels are sent via NZ Post (Monday–Friday) on a tracked service.
Your tracking details will be emailed to you at the time of dispatch.
Signature is required for added security.
Authority to Leave (ATL) is available but must be arranged by the receiver. NZ Post does not accept ATL requests from senders. You may set up an ATL by clicking here.

Once your order is dispatched, NZ Post aims to deliver your parcel as follows:

North Island (Urban): Overnight working-day delivery (excludes weekends)
South Island (Urban): 2-3 working days
Rural: Allow an additional 2-3 working days
Working days do not include weekends or public holidays
NZ Post delivery targets are a guide only, and we do not guarantee that your item will reach its destination within the delivery target.
